2Klips enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any confirmed CSAE-related activity will result in: • Immediate content removal • Permanent account termination • Reporting to appropriate authorities Attempts to engage in such conduct are treated as violations.
6. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or share through the Service. You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting content, you grant 2Klips a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Paid Features & Subscriptions
Some features may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through your account or app store provider. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. 12. Third-Party AI & Data Processing
2Klips does not use third-party artificial intelligence services, external AI APIs, or third-party AI SDKs to process user personal data. We do not sell user personal data. All core user data processing and storage are handled by 2Klips-controlled systems, except where contracted service providers support infrastructure, payments, analytics (web only), or communication systems.
13. Contacts Permission & Blocking Feature
If you grant Contacts permission: • We do not automatically upload your full contacts list. • Contacts are uploaded only when you explicitly select a specific contact to block. • An in-app confirmation is shown before any data is transmitted. • Only the selected contact identifier (such as phone number or email) required to enforce the block is transmitted to our servers. • This information is used solely to prevent that contact or associated account from interacting with you. • No other contacts are collected or stored.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process information.
15. Changes to These Terms
